On February 17th, 2023, Wellbeing Pharmacy held its annual day out for all employees, including those who work at the various outlets and those who work at the head office. The day was filled with activities and fun, as everyone gathered to celebrate the achievements of the past year and look forward to the future.
In the beginning there was a team building exercise, where everyone had a chance to mingle and catch up with colleagues from other locations. This helped to foster a sense of teamwork and collaboration among the employees.
After the team-building exercise, there was an Inter outlet cricket match through which the champion and runners up outlet were decided.
Following the cricket match, everyone gathered back, then they had musical chair game for the female colleague and guest.
The highlight of the day was the complimentary food that was provided for all attendees. The food was delicious, and everyone enjoyed the opportunity to sit down and socialize with their colleagues.
In addition to the activities and food, the day provided an opportunity for employees to connect with their colleagues and build relationships that extend beyond the workplace. The annual day out is an important event in the Wellbeing Pharmacy calendar, and it helps to foster a positive company culture and a sense of community among its employees.
A raffle draw was held only for the outlet colleagues, where the Ten lucky winners got many lucrative gifts, which includes Family buffet dinner, crookery item and many more. They also had gift sponsorship from Ribana organic.
The honorable CEO sir was present there to give his valuable speech to guide all the employees of United Pharma and Healthcare Ltd. for life as well as for career goals and moral. With the resourceful speech of the CEO the Annual Day Out 2023 has concluded.
As the day drew to a close, everyone left feeling energized and inspired, ready to tackle the challenges of the coming year. Wellbeing Pharmacy is proud of its employees and the work they do every day to provide exceptional service to their customers. The annual day out is a small way to show appreciation for their hard work and dedication.
It’s Spring at the United HQ. The season where all the colors return. To celebrate the occasion United held a Pitha Utshab, where a piece of the culinary heritage of Bangladesh was recreated for the United family with the delightful delicacies passed down for generations. The day ended the with the award ceremony of Staff Photography Contest: Uniting Dreams Season 3. Members of the United family all took breathtaking photographs for the 2023 Calendar with nearly 2000 submissions. The first day of Spring was the only way to celebrate the love that the people have for all the beautiful seasons of Bangladesh.
This Friday, the Annual Mezban event was inaugurated at United City. Located at 100 Feet Madani Avenue, United City is the flagship project of United Group. The competition started from August 1, 2022 and will end on September 15, 2022. A Panel of judges, consisting of renowned photographs and art critics, will be conducting the selection procedure.

United College of Nursing (UCN) Basic B.Sc. Nursing 4th-year students’ Final examination under Dhaka University has been published. We are delighted to inform that the students have achieved outstanding results.
A total of 35 students from this batch have all passed and additionally, six of our students have ranked within the top 10 positions. Chronologically 1st, 3rd, 4th, 5th, 7th and 8th position.

United International University observed the National Mourning Day-2021 marking the 46th martyrdom anniversary of the father of the Nation Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman. The Discussion Meeting and Du’a Mahfil were held virtually on August 25, 2021, at 7:30 PM.
Prof. Dr. Chowdhury Mofizur Rahman, Vice-Chancellor of UIU presided over the Discussion Meeting while Prof Dr. Md. Abul Kashem Mia, Pro-Vice-Chancellor; Prof. Dr. Mohammad Musa, Professor – School of Business & Economics, Prof. Dr. Hamidul Huq, Dean – School of Humanities & Social Sciences and Director – Bangabandhu Study Centre and Dr. Md. Abu Saklayen, Professor -Institute of Natural Sciences (INS), and Proctor delivered their respective speech.
UIU Vice-Chancellor said- We have to work together to build a Sonar Bangla by learning from Bangabandhu’s life ideology. Lt. Col. Md. Fazlul Hoque (Retd.), Registrar (Acting) acted as the anchor of the programs, and Prof. Dr. Kawsar Ahmmed, Deputy Director – BBA Program conducted the Du’a Mahfil at the end of the discussion session.

The 4th Convocation of United International University was held on 15 April, 2017, at UIU Permanent Campus (United City, Madani Avenue, Satarkul, Vatara, Dhaka). Hon’ble Education Minister, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, Mr. Nurul Islam Nahid, MP, presided over the Ceremony while Prof. Abdul Mannan, Chairman, University Grants Commission of Bangladesh was present as the Special Guest. Prof. Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, Vice Chancellor, University of Asia Pacific, was present as the Convocation speaker. The Ceremony was also addressed by Mr. Hasan Mahmood Raja, Chairman, Board of Trustees, United International University and Prof. Dr. M. Rezwan Khan, Vice-Chancellor, United International University.
Hon’ble Education Minister, Mr. Nurul Islam Nahid, MP, in his speech opined that the Private Universities must take measures to remove all the barriers in respect of imparting quality higher education in their own interest. More sincere endeavors of the private universities are required to attain the desired goal. Congratulating the graduates, the Education Minister urged upon them to work for the interest of the common people.
A total of 1610 students from different disciplines were conferred undergraduate and graduate degrees while six meritorious students received Gold Medals for their excellent results.
Convocation Speaker Prof. Dr. Jamilur Reza Choudhury, congratulated the graduates who received their degrees in the 4th Convocation of this university on their achievement and wished them every success in the new world they are entering.
