The Manufacturing and Distribution division of United Group includes two RMG concerns and has been the exclusive distributor of Petronas since 2012. Our diverse portfolio features a large tea estate and a recently launched chemical plant, demonstrating our commitment to innovation. To broaden our revenue streams, we have expanded into spinning, lubricant, and chemical production.

Our focus is on sourcing locally produced materials to boost efficiency, cut import costs, and reduce bureaucracy. This approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also strengthens our forex reserves by keeping transactions domestic. Key examples of our local ventures include Comilla Spinning Mills, United Lube Oil, and United Sulpho Chemicals, all providing indigenous solutions previously dependent on imports.

Our vision is to strengthen the manufacturing industry’s self-sufficiency, foster job creation, and support sustainable GDP growth, ultimately contributing to a stronger national economy.
